Cross country skiing

Everyone can enjoy the joys of cross country skiing on the 28 km of marked-out pistes in the valley, from Les Menuires to Saint Martin de Belleville. Access to the pistes is free of charge.

These 28 km of cross country pistes wind their way along the Vallée des Belleville, on 3 principle itineraries. They are mixed, for classical skiing and skating. A lovely starting point is the Old Hamlet of Les Bruyères with a first circuit of about 5km in a relaxing environment.

From this same starting point, a circuit links Les Menuires to the village of St Martin, passing by the village of le Bettaix and near other authentic villages : Praranger, St Marcel, Le Châtelard. This circuit is ideal for a day’s outing with stopovers to discover the Belleville patrimony. It will also be greatly appreciated by sportsmen looking for a height difference.

Lessons, introduction and walks are organised every day by the French Ski School
